2.  The Next Level

Lets say you are motivated and have a good general knowledge about fitness and exercise.  You perform some good routines.   But there’s one problem.  You have a limit….or so you think.  That’s where your trainer comes in.  You may be able to make some headway on your own, but a person can only go so far by themselves.  Having a trainer by your side can push you past limits that you didn’t think were possible to reach.  Even us as trainers and coaches can benefit of having a trainer or coach at times to gain perspective or help us reach our goals.  In sports, the need to have a trainer is even more critical as the athlete needs to continually work toward outperforming his or her competition.
